Chegg is a major player in higher education online, helping students save money with textbook rentals. They also offer an easy bibliography service, which we’ve had the privilege to work on.
K2 Creative is Chegg’s preferred partner for WordPress development, and we recently launched a revised version of the EasyBibs guides. This process involved both design and development, with the goal of a reduced bounce rate and higher user engagement. We’re still waiting on updated numbers at this point, but we’re pleased to share our work here now. We’ll have a formal case study online for this and more work before the end of 2019.
